Enjoy casual gatherings around the kitchen island, formal dinner parties in the gorgeous dining room or games/movies/parties in the huge walk out lower level. The upper bedroom levels are incredible. Excellent room sizes, three walk-in closets, exercise room and laundry room. The top level is essentially a separate apartment - great for kids, au-pair and guests - exercise room could easily be a 6th bedroom. To-die for abundance of storage throughout. The list goes on and on: All exterior walls are 2x6 (vs 2x4) and are well insulated so climate control costs are surprisingly low. All exterior trim is a low maintenance synthetic. The cedar fence was installed in 2018. All exterior grounds are landscaped/hardscaped so no lawn mowing. Last but not least, when power is lost there is automatic power restoration with the Generac natural gas generator. What a pleasure it is to show this superior home.
